		<description>the delay command on the interface is NOT used for that, so you should take it out (if you are using EIGRP you may have upset your routing protocol). You will need a third party box to do this, Ixia and Chariot are the common ones, but if you Google for latency inducers you will find some Open Source linux ones and some cheap black boxes. The best application I have seen for it is probably Shunra, but it is not cheap.</description>
